We offer several delivery methods depending on your needs:

France

  • Relay point (2 to 3 working days) - €3.95 / Free for purchases of €100 or more
  • Standard home delivery (2 to 3 working days) - €6.99 / Free for purchases over €200
  • Express Chronopost (1 to 2 working days) - €15

European Union

  • Relay point (available for Belgium, Spain and Luxembourg / 2 to 5 working days) - €10 / Free from €120 of purchase
  • Standard B2C Europe (3 to 9 working days depending on the country) - €10 / Free from €120 of purchase

DOM-TOM

  • Standard Colissimo (3 to 10 working days) - €10 / Free for purchases over €120

Outside the European Union

  • Standard Colissimo (3 to 10 working days) - €20 / Free for purchases over €200

Our delivery times do not take into account the preparation time of your order, which can vary from 24 to 48 hours (standard business days). These preparation times may be increased during specific times of the year (sales, Black Friday, etc.) due to the higher volume of orders.

RETURNS

If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days to return it and request a free exchange or refund (see fees below). We simply ask that the items be in new condition, unworn, undamaged, returned with their original labels and packaging, and that the delivery slip for your order is included in the return package.
